Return & Exchange

Thank you for your support and trust in Kingwell products.

For your assurance, our products are entitled to a return period of 45 days from the date of delivery.

Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must be in good condition, in its original packaging, and a receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
● It must be returned in its original condition, including all contents of the original packaging (including the carrying case), all accessories, free gifts, manuals and documentation (if any).
● Your hearing aid must not be damaged, scratched or soiled. Please treat the product and packaging carefully while you have it. Any rights we may have to be held accountable for any loss or damage to the product (including its packaging) during your ownership are not affected by anything not specified here.
● The package will need to be sent back to the correct address provided by us.

No refunds will be provided in the following situation:
● Any item that is not in its initial condition (as a result of damage or missing components that were not caused by us).
● Any item that has been delivered more than 45 days ago. Please note that the 45-day return period is only applicable once per equipment model.

You can only receive a refund once, no refund exchanges will be made, for each type of hearing aid that you wish to return. We are not accountable for any loss or damage to your hearing aids that may occur during the return shipping procedure, please understand and you will need to take the responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur during shipping.

In case that we receive an incorrect item, we will reach out to you to coordinate its return. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be yours to bear.
If we never receive any confirmation from you within 7 days of receipt the incorrect items, you hereby expressly agree that we have the right to dispose the incorrect items on your behalf.

If your item(s) qualify as returnable, please submit the following information via our email address, or via the Contact Us page: order number/product name/reason for return exchange.
If you need to exchange an item for the same item in the event that it is defective or damaged, please contact us via email.

Refunds
You will need to send the original packaging of the hearing aids and all accessories back to us within 7 days of your contact with us and provide the tracking number of the package and you will be notified upon receipt of your items. After inspecting the items, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will immediately initiate the refund process by crediting your credit card (or original method of payment) within 5-7 business days.
Please note the following refund times: for PayPal refunds, please allow 3 business days for the transaction to appear in your account.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item(s). Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If the return is due to us and the item is received damaged or incorrect, please take a picture and send it to us, the consumer is not responsible for shipping charges for this reason.

Hearing Aid Devices and Accessories
Please note that you must notify us within seven (7) days of receipt of your hearing aid and accessories as to whether an accessory or other part is missing. If you fail to notify us in a timely manner within the required time period, we will not be obligated or responsible for replacing said accessories and you will purchase the missing accessories or other parts at your own expense.
