Hearing aids: Warranty Period: 1 year warranty from date of purchase, please note that we reserve the right to request proof of purchase at any time.
Warranty coverage: Failure or damage caused by the product itself during normal use. It does not include the fault or damage caused by the user's improper operation, disassembly or maintenance.
Warranty: Repair or replacement of the device according to the specific failure. Parts that can be repaired or replaced include headphones, charging compartment. All replacement parts, accessories or devices are brand new. Replacement parts, accessories are covered for the remainder of the original 1-year warranty period.
