Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated on a "per order", "per item", or "per pound" basis depending on the shipping option you choose. We sometimes offer free shipping options on certain items.
Shipping Timing
Once your order is confirmed, we will prepare your items for shipping. Items may take 1-3 business days to pack and process. While we strive to ensure that your order is ready to ship as soon as possible, some items take longer to process due to low product availability. In such cases, you will be notified of the delay via email. Some import charges outside the U.S. are not included.
Order Status
Once your order has been placed, we will update you on the status of your order via email.
Order Confirmation
Immediately after you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing a summary of your order as well as shipping and billing details.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email informing you that your items have left our warehouse. The email contains details about the items shipped as well as the tracking number. To track your package, simply click on the link provided. Please note that sometimes it takes up to 24 hours for the shipping company to update the shipping status and your tracking link may not work immediately. If your order has multiple items, it may be split into different packages shipped on different dates. You will receive a separate shipping confirmation for each package.
It is the customer's responsibility to pay possible import taxes and fees.
Please note that you may be required to pay additional import taxes and fees when purchasing our products. These fees are levied by the customs authorities in your country or region, and we have no control over or ability to predict their exact amount.
